About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Senior Contract Manager to help shape how we work with third-party content partners. You will lead contract negotiations, manage rights and permissions agreements, and improve processes using legal technology and artificial intelligence. This role blends legal expertise with strategic relationship-building to support compliant and successful outcomes across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead contract creation, review, and negotiation with publishers and partners
  • Collaborate across Legal, Product, Sales, and Data Operations teams
  • Support documentation, amendments, and renewals with clear and accurate content
  • Ensure contracts meet legal standards and align with internal policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows using technology-based solutions
  • Provide guidance on rights and permissions and resolve contracting queries
  • Contribute to strategies that strengthen external partnerships
Requirements
  • Law degree or equivalent experience with experience in contract management
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working across departments
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with contract tools such as Conga or Luminance is a plus
  • Independent thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
