£65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance (£6,600) + 33 Days Holiday + Excellent Benefits

Swansea (Commutable from: Carmarthen, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend, Neath and surrounding areas)

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with an electrical engineering background looking to lead and grow a brand-new High Voltage division within a successful and expanding engineering business?

This exciting role offers full autonomy to shape a new business area from the ground up. You'll oversee operations, manage budgets and contracts, and build strong client relationships while driving commercial performance and long‑term growth.

This respected engineering organisation delivers high‑quality electrical services across utilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an ambitious professional to establish and lead their new High Voltage operation in Swansea.

In this position, you'll take ownership of projects, lead a growing team, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. You'll also play a key role in developing new business and ensuring the division achieves its full potential.
