This position is suited to a senior professional with extensive experience delivering large, multi-million-pound commercial new-build projects and a strong reputation within the mechanical services sector.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive senior-level experience managing mechanical ductwork contracts within the construction build environment
• Proven ability to oversee multiple high-value commercial projects concurrently, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise, with the ability to manage risk, variations, and financial performance across a portfolio of projects
