Job description

An established and growing main contractor based in West London are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take the lead on multiple design and build (Between 2m‑10m in value) projects across London and the Home Counties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to join a supportive business with a strong pipeline of both residential and education projects throughout 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage several residential D&B projects through all phases pre‑construction to handover
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in line with health & safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee contract administration and financial performance
• Provide clear leadership and direction across all active sites

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the residential design and build sector
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK building regulations
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Based within a commutable distance of Hillingdon, West London.

Package:

• £80,000 basic salary
