Contracts Manager - Main Contractor – London Bridge | £85,000 - £95,000 + package + perks

An experienced regional contractor, with c.£50m turnover, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their London Bridge office. This medium-sized main contractor delivers new build, design & build, and refurbishment schemes across London and the South-East, spanning sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, offices, super-prime residential and standard residential. Project values typically range from £2m - £15m.

Typical responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple live projects, typically £2m-£15m in value
  • Manage and support project managers, site managers and delivery teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Lead on programming, resourcing and overall project planning
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
  • Monitor health, safety and compliance across all projects
  • Provide commercial and strategic input at senior management level
  • Balance office-based planning with regular site visits and leadership
