Responsibilities

• Negotiating and contracting with local accommodation and other suppliers
• Communication and coordination with company suppliers for day to day, special requests, and needs
• Assisting Tour Operators at contracting stage
• Contract inputting in company’s system
• Management of Non-Bookable Content and Health & Safety
• Hotel inventory management and procurement
• Business Intelligence and market analysis
• Travelling to tourism fairs and workshops
• Assisting the Contracting Director in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team and department as well as overseeing and optimizing the team performance while assisting in various operational tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year experience in a contracting manager role in tourism
• Pleasant personality
• Ability to negotiate with company’s suppliers
• Computer literate
