About The Role

  • Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
  • Company van provided (for company use only)
  • Multi-site role – flexible working, 5 days over 7 including weekends

As a Contract Support Manager, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role within our cleaning operations, supporting and motivating teams across multiple sites. Working closely with the Business & Operations Manager, you’ll ensure high standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance, while keeping our people safe and supported.

This is an active role where you’ll lead by example—working alongside your team when needed, managing resources effectively, and ensuring service excellence. You’ll also take responsibility for staff induction and training, maintaining manning levels, supporting issue resolution, and overseeing compliance with health & safety and company policies.

You’ll be a key part of succession planning, helping to coach and develop talent for the future, ensuring continuity and consistency for both our people and our clients.

About You

    We’re looking for someone with strong operational experience and a passion for leading people. You’ll have:

    • Experience managing teams in an industrial or commercial cleaning environment.
    • The ability to motivate, train, and support staff to deliver excellent service.
    • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
    • A flexible and proactive approach, willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team.
    • Confidence in managing resources, hours, and budgets to agreed standards.
    • Awareness of health & safety responsibilities and compliance.
    • A clean UK driving licence (essential).
    • The right to work in the UK (essential).

    Additional qualifications such as FLT, PASMA, IPAF, or confined space training would be beneficial, but not essential.
