Chartered Structural Engineer (Resident/Site based)

Location: Manchester

Rate: £50‑£55/hr (outside IR35)

Contract: 6 months, 40 hours per week (Resident/Site based). The role requires you to be on site in Manchester 4 days a week (1 day off site).

Responsibilities

• Act as lead on the project for our client (consultancy).
• Attend project meetings with client, contractors, sub contractors etc.
• No design, checking, reviewing, liaising on site with client representatives/contractor/other parties etc.
