Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating Quality & Risk Management meetings with project leaders.
  • Managing shared Outlook calendars for scheduling.
  • Drafting and disseminating meeting minutes and action items.
  • Following up on action items with stakeholders.
  • Administering data in Deloitte Quality System.
  • Supporting QRM processes as part of the frontline risk team.
  • Providing operational support to ad-hoc QRM team activities.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinating Quality & Risk Management (QRM) meetings, a crucial part of our firm\'s governance, collaborating with project leaders and their Executive Assistants to ensure optimal participation.
  • Providing proactive administrative support by managing shared Outlook calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling, and minimising conflicts.
  • Drafting and disseminating clear, concise minutes and action items from various meetings to ensure effective follow-up and accountability.
  • Supporting timely completion of action items by proactively following up with stakeholders after meetings.
  • Administering data in our Deloitte Quality System (DEP) providing clear, articulate, and timely updates to records in the tool.
  • Support the business in navigating quality and risk management processes via our mailbox as part of the QRM frontline risk team.
  • Providing operational support to ad-hoc QRM team activities.
