Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front – Join the senior team, managing both site staff and engineers, and directly shaping how maintenance and compliance works are delivered.

  • Client-facing role – You’ll work directly with senior clients and the supply chain, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

  • Your job will be to make sure all planned property maintenance and compliance programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards – coordinating people, resources, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • If you have experience managing planned or compliance maintenance programs within housing, local government, education, or commercial property sectors – and strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety legislation – this role is designed for you.
