Contract Harvest Supervisor – Salads (FTC 6–8 Months) - Warwickshire / Leicestershire - March 2026 Start

The Job:

• Planning and coordinating daily and weekly harvest schedules
• Managing harvest workflow to meet production and delivery targets
• Supervising harvest teams and seasonal workers on a day-to-day basis
• Allocating labour efficiently and adapting plans to weather and crop conditions
• Implementing agreed processes and procedures across harvest operations
• Overseeing quality checks, monitoring standards, and compliance
• Ensuring health & safety and food safety requirements are followed
• Liaising with management and wider operational teams

The Company:

A leading fresh produce business is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Harvest Supervisor on a fixed-term contract of 6–8 months, starting in March 2026, to oversee harvest operations during the peak season.
