Contract Harvest Supervisor – Salads (FTC 6–8 Months) - Warwickshire / Leicestershire - March 2026 Start
The Job:
  • Planning and coordinating daily and weekly harvest schedules
  • Managing harvest workflow to meet production and delivery targets
  • Supervising harvest teams and seasonal workers on a day-to-day basis
  • Allocating labour efficiently and adapting plans to weather and crop conditions
  • Implementing agreed processes and procedures across harvest operations
  • Overseeing quality checks, monitoring standards, and compliance
  • Ensuring health & safety and food safety requirements are followed
  • Liaising with management and wider operational teams
The Company:

A leading fresh produce business is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Harvest Supervisor on a fixed-term contract of 6–8 months, starting in March 2026, to oversee harvest operations during the peak season. This is a key seasonal role focused on workflow management, planning, and people supervision, ensuring harvest activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.

The Candidate:
  • Previous experience supervising harvest or fresh produce operations (salads desirable)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Confident managing seasonal teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical, hands‑on approach with good attention to detail
  • Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working extended hours during peak periods
