Overview

Contract Administrator – Outside IR35. Location: Essex. Contract Length: ~6 months (potential to extend into Phase 3). Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (7 days x 10 hours). Start Date: ASAP.

Scope of Work

BellBridge Ltd, are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join Phase 2 of a major LPG storage terminal and infrastructure upgrade project in Essex. This role is outside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate with living allowance.

• Tank upgrades
• Piping
• Mechanical works
• Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)
• Insulation
• Painting and protective coatings

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in contract administration within large infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, or related industrial projects
• Knowledge of contract management processes and reporting
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on rotation and deliver to project deadlines
