A leading transport company is seeking a Continental Marketing Manager to shape impactful marketing strategies across Europe. This role demands strong project management and strategic thinking, focusing on localized campaign delivery while driving brand growth. As a key member of LeShuttle’s dynamic Marketing team, the Continental Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful marketing strategies across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. This role is all about connecting with diverse audiences, understanding regional market trends, and celebrating cultural nuances to build meaningful customer relationships and drive brand growth.
You’ll lead the charge in creating engaging campaigns that resonate locally while aligning with our broader brand vision. With a strong commercial mindset and a data-informed approach, you’ll collaborate across teams to turn insights into action, ensuring our marketing efforts are inclusive, relevant, and results-driven.

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with LeShuttle’s brand vision and commercial objectives across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.
Use consumer insights, analytics tools, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and sharpen competitive positioning.
Ensure marketing spend is focused on high-impact areas and channels, driving measurable outcomes.
Set clear, data-driven goals for campaigns, brand initiatives, and customer acquisition efforts.
Lead the design and delivery of continent-wide marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant, locally resonant, and delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns using data insights, working closely with the Media team to maximise impact.
Partner with Digital, CRM, Media, and Partnerships teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Act as the central link between HQ and regional teams, aligning global strategies with local execution.
Lead local consumer PR initiatives, providing strategic direction and regional insights to PR agencies.
Own and manage the continental marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and strong return on investment.
Prioritise time and focus on initiatives that offer the greatest commercial and customer growth potential.
Safeguard and evolve the brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels while adapting global guidelines to suit regional sensitivities.
Lead rebranding and brand-related projects with strong project management discipline, delivering on time and within budget.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including agencies, partners, and vendors.
Lead internal teams on brand initiatives, serving as the go-to contact for all brand-related matters.
Provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing and senior leadership, representing the marketing function in strategic forums.
Drive the delivery of key marketing and brand projects, including physical experience enhancements, train livery, terminal branding, and wayfinding.
Ensure all signage and customer-facing experiences are clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing commercial goals with customer needs.
Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviours, and emerging technologies.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Recognised marketing qualification (e.g. CIM, IDM) preferred
Project or product management certification desirable but not essential
Demonstrable experience in marketing, ideally across multiple European markets
Proven ability to lead and deliver successful multi-country campaigns
Strong strategic thinking with a commercial and data-driven mindset
Deep understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and analytics
Skilled in interpreting market data to inform decisions and drive growth
Excellent project management skills with a track record of timely delivery
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Strong relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious
Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
Leads by example, aligned with the Getlink Leadership model
