Overview

As Sales Manager youll be the ambassador for Cambridge House across European markets driving revenue through corporate leisure & groups segments. With Cambridge House set to open soon this is an exceptional opportunity to shape our commercial strategy from the ground up establishing a foundation of exceptional service partnership and brand prestige. Drive measurable growth in revenue market share and account penetration contributing to the overall commercial success of Cambridge House's opening and long-term performance.

Cultivate and manage a strategic portfolio of European accounts building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.

Regular travel across Europe (approximately 30-40% of the time) required to build market presence and strengthen client partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Actively identify and convert new business opportunities across Europe engaging through calls meetings site visits.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Revenue Management Operations Reservations to deliver seamless revenue-driven proposals and contracts.
  • Offer market insights on competitor activity trends and business shifts to inform pricing strategy and positioning.
  • Represent Cambridge House at industry launches fam trips and trade shows creating memorable brand impressions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries reports forecasts and sales metrics.
  • Support and inspire the developing Sales team with mentorship training and shared enthusiasm for our vision.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of proven sales experience within hospitality - ideally in luxury or lifestyle hotel sectors handling European or international accounts.
  • Demonstrable track record of surpassing sales targets and building lasting client partnerships.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages (French German Italian or Spanish) highly desirable.
