A leading insurance firm in London seeks a Content Production and Performance Manager to drive impactful content creation and performance analysis. This role involves managing workflows across multiple platforms and liaising with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality content. Content Production and Performance Manager
Join us as a Content Production and Performance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand connects with audiences. You’ll be at the heart of our content team, bringing ideas to life through visually engaging and impactful content, while supporting the entire production process.

Working closely with our Content Planning Lead, you’ll ensure every piece of content is delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard. Beyond production, you’ll dive into performance insights—helping us understand what works, what doesn’t, and how we can keep improving.
We’re looking for someone with hands‑on experience in content production, workflow management, and the tools that make it happen (think Workfront, AEM, Everviz and more). If you’re passionate about creating content that not only looks great but performs brilliantly, this is your chance to make a real impact.
You will be accountable for delivering the end‑to‑end workflow of content from production through to distribution; liaising with Investment Writers, stakeholders, and colleagues across marketing where needed. In doing so, you will support in the measurement and analysis of content performance providing actionable insights for the wider Marketing team.
