Job description
Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy, strategic Content Executive to help us market our SaaS-based anti-money laundering solutions. This is a pivotal role for a talented storyteller who wants to combine high-level craft with the systems and technology that power a global brand.

Reporting to the Head of Content & PR, you will be a key driver of our content engine, crafting high-value narratives while helping us industrialize how we deliver that content across the buyer journey. We are looking for someone who values the art of human copywriting but is equally curious about how AI, structured data, and automation can amplify the reach and longevity of every word they produce.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end production of mid-to-long-form content, including deep-dive reports, blogs, webinars, and customer case studies that turn complex compliance tech into compelling narratives.
  • Lead our SEO content program, ensuring our library is optimized for both traditional search and the new world of AI-driven discovery.
  • Partner with the Head of Content to assess incoming requests from other teams within ComplyAdvantage, ensuring every piece of content is strategically aligned with our commercial goals.
  • Design modular content strategies, ensuring hero assets are effectively transformed for social, email, and sales enablement without losing their impact.
  • Help us design the taxonomies and workflows that allow our content to be easily tagged, structured, and reused by our AI tools and automated marketing pipelines.
About you

As a Content Executive joining the marketing team, you will:

  • You have a strong background in B2B writing and know how to adapt your tone for different personas, from "C-suite" decision-makers to technical practitioners.
  • You look for the “why” and the “how” behind the content. You naturally look for ways to make production processes more efficient and scalable.
  • You are already using AI tools to assist your workflow and are eager to explore how they can be used to build more sophisticated content pipelines.
  • You are comfortable managing your own workload, working with graphic designers to bring copy to life, and communicating proactively with stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about the mission of stopping financial crime and following the money.
Experience & skills

As a Content Executive, you will have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a content marketing or copywriting role (FinTech or SaaS experience is a significant advantage).
  • A solid understanding of SEO best practices and an interest in how AI is changing search.
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of a project from the initial brief through to publication and reporting.
  • You are comfortable learning new marketing technologies, CMS platforms, and data-driven content tools.
Bonus points
  • Have experience with content engineering (designing content models, taxonomies, or structured content).
  • Have worked on account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Have experience in a similar role operating in a fast-paced marketing agency or FinTech environment.
