Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? In this dynamic role, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for C365. Whether responding to enquiries, exploring customer needs, or collaborating across departments, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and reliability of our services. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love turning queries into solutions, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

📅 Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30 (including a 1‑hour unpaid break)

  • You need to be able to commit to 2 weeks of full‑time training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:00. 💸 Salary: £24,004.50 per annum (£12.31 per hour) with the opportunity to increase with KPIs up to 20%. 📍 Location: Norwich‑Hybrid. 📆 Start Date: 02/02/2026. 😎 Perks

about You

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. You would have some experience in a customer‑facing role specialising in a similar field such as technical advisor and also have experience in a target‑driven customer service environment meeting KPIs and SLAs. You should have a good general standard of education; further education or qualifications would be advantageous.

The role

The heart of the role is a passion for quality and producing high levels of customer satisfaction, through highly motivated and target‑driven people.

You will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, resolving technical problems and exploring additional requirements. The role requires timely and accurate reply to all incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers and making outbound follow‑up calls to help customers resolve their technical problems. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.
