A regional NHS Trust in Lincoln is seeking a full-time Consultant in Emergency Medicine for its Accident and Emergency Department. The role involves direct clinical supervision, training junior staff, and participating in the department's governance and development. Candidates must have Fellowship of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, CCT in Emergency Medicine, and a broad range of experience in Emergency settings. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals Trust NHS Trust as a Consultant in Accident and Emergency Department at Lincoln County Hospital.
This is a full time 10 PA post for a Consultant in Emergency Medicine. The purpose of this post is to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to each individual patient who attends the department. The appointee will be required to work in a 1:15 on call rota with a 1:5 weekend frequency. The job plan will be aligned to an 85% DCC and 15% SPA split as per Trust guidance.
The Appointee will be expected, in conjunction with his / her colleagues, to provide a comprehensive clinical, supervisory, educational and training support to the Emergency Department.

Applicants must be on the GMC Specialist Register or within 6 months of their CCT. CESR application must be completed and submitted.
