WNM Communication has an immediate opening for a Utility Construction Laborer. We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction723 Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be able to work komið effectively in a fast‑paced construction environment, perform manual labor tasks, and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Place and maintain cable within underground conduit systems.
• Maintain rights‑of‑way, including patching roadways and backfilling.
• Install and remove aerial cable.
• Install and maintain pedestals, poles, carrier sites, and equipment at subscriber locations.
• Operate digging and trenching equipment.
• Lift, carry or move heavyRw materials and equipment.
• Assist with all construction tasks, including excavation and finishing work.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, clearing debris ormaterials.
• Operate construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks. dome>
• Work at heights, including ladders, scaffolding and confined spaces.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a CDL license within a year of employment.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must have or be willing to obtain tower certification to work at extended heights of 100 feet or more with equipment or by climbing.
• Travel required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred.
