JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY: Up to £80,000

The Role

You will manage a varied and high quality caseload of non-contentious construction matters, providing clear and commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. The role will involve advising developers, contractors, subcontractors and insurers, as well as drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts and professional appointments. You will also be expected to support business development initiatives and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in construction law, demonstrating strong experience in non-contentious matters. They will be capable of managing their own caseload with confidence, communicating complex issues clearly and fostering strong, long‑term client relationships. The candidate will bring excellent technical expertise, sound commercial judgment and a proactive, collaborative approach to contributing to a busy and growing team.
