Construction Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – Hampshire

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hampshire is seeking a Construction Solicitor to join its respected and expanding team. The Role

You will advise a wide range of clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and public sector bodies across both contentious and / or non-contentious construction work depending on your experience. Responsibilities include :

  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments, warranties, and associated documentation
  • Advising on JCT, NEC and other industry-standard forms
  • Managing construction disputes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
  • Providing strategic advice on risk management, contract performance, and project issues
  • Supporting senior colleagues on larger construction projects
  • Contributing to business development and maintaining long-term client relationships

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE or above considered) with experience in construction law
