Looking to speak with Site Managers with proven industrial construction experience to lead the delivery of a high-spec industrial warehouse project. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for industrial warehouse projects, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site operations.
Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
Manage resources, procurement, and logistics to prevent delays.
Resolve on-site technical, operational, and personnel issues promptly.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year's recent experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects (warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centres).
Demonstrated experience working for Tier 1 contractors on industrial builds.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and safety standards.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site teams.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
