Job summary

A leading retail design company is seeking a candidate to oversee projects from bidding to execution in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy-duty retail projects and expertise in health and safety training. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and language skills in Portuguese or Spanish are essential. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK, with travel covered for site work.

Qualifications

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients, whereby you'll be working on refurbishments that require quick turn arounds for new store opening.

This role is obviously quite technical and experience in heavy duty Retail projects on a large format scale is required for this position.

The company are a Spanish outfit that deliver Retail Design projects across the UK and Ireland in the Retail Sector for European brands, and you must have experience working on construction projects in the Retail sector.

For this role you must have occupational Healthy and Safety training in line with CSCS, while some proficiency in Autocad is required to read and amend plans, while BIM knowledge is a bonus.

And you must have strong language skills in either Portuguese or Spanish.

Lastly you'll be tasked with managing budgets, co-ordinating with Technical departments and effectively getting these projects done in time with client satisfaction the utmost priority.

This role is FULLY REMOTE and therefore you can be based anywhere in the UK, while travel and accommodation will be covered when you're working on-site on large continuous projects.
