This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across ENWL's office and depot estate. You'll play a key role in driving consistency and compliance across Facilities Management capital works, from minor upgrades through to complex refurbishments, while ensuring governance, stakeholder engagement, and procedures are followed effectively.
