Construction NQ Solicitor - Birmingham

This national firm is expanding and seeking an NQ to join their busy construction team.

Based in Birmingham, the team enjoys a strong reputation and promotes a positive culture with a good work-life balance.

You will be involved in high-quality, complex adjudication and litigation construction matters, providing strategic advice and flexible dispute resolution solutions for clients, including through mediation. There is also an opportunity to undertake some non-contentious work if desired, but this is not a requirement for the role.

Clients include national developers, contractors, well-known housebuilders, and major housing associations in the social housing sector.

You will also participate in business development, networking, and marketing activities.
