Our client is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Multi Skills Vocational Trainer to inspire the workforce of tomorrow. Ideal candidates will have a multi-trade background (Plastering, Joinery, Bricklaying, or general multi-skills) and experience delivering multi-skills courses. A passion for engaging learners and supporting their development is essential.
The successful candidate will plan and deliver the Level 1 multi-skills curriculum, supporting a diverse group of learners. Key duties include:
Duties may evolve over time, and flexibility including travel to other sites is required. Responsibilities will be reviewed regularly as part of Continuous Professional Development.
The post holder must maintain strict confidentiality regarding information relating to clients, staff, and stakeholders, in line with GDPR requirements.
