A leading international law firm is seeking a Transactional Construction Projects Lawyer with over 2 years PQE to join their team in Manchester. The role involves providing legal advice on major construction projects and fostering client relationships. Ideal candidates will have experience in a large firm, strong communication skills, and a desire to advance within a top tier international practice.

We are currently looking to recruit talented lawyers with upwards of 2+ years PQE to join our market leading Transactional Construction & Engineering Team in Manchester.
Our long-established team of specialist lawyers in Manchester has enviable experience delivering transactional advice on the construction of major projects across the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors. The Manchester team alone is one of the largest in the UK but also works within and is supported by the largest team of transactional construction lawyers in the World. The diversity and scale of the work led by the Manchester team is unrivalled, setting the benchmark in terms of profile, scale, complexity, risk and often at the cutting edge. This includes many of the UK's largest, iconic and most important projects and numerous similarly prestigious international projects, whilst the team's client roster of leading owner/operators, developers, contractors, governments, funders, investors and consultants is also of exceptional breadth and quality. The Manchester team is led by partner Mark Job and fellow projects and construction partner Graham Alty, also Manchester based, leads the Projects team across Europe and the Middle East. Both have now been ranked as Leading Individuals in UK and international guides for many years, with many others in the team, such as Legal Directors Joanne Falencka and Laura Tetlow, often also being recognised.
