Job Description:

A well–established social housing contractor is seeking an experienced SHE Advisor to support a growing regional workload across the East and South Midlands.

This is a permanent, field–based role providing Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) support across refurbishment, planned works and construction projects within occupied and live environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide SHE advice and support to operational and site teams
  • Carry out site inspections, audits and investigations
  • Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Support the implementation of safe systems of work
  • Deliver SHE briefings, toolbox talks and training sessions
