London - Liverpool Street

Construction Director for London Leisure operator needed. We're working with a high-growth operator in the leisure and entertainment sector on a newly created senior opportunity, based at their Liverpool Street HQ, offering equity participation and the chance to take ownership of a diverse and fast-expanding UK estate. This role includes equity issued post-probation, tied to a future transaction, with the potential for a significant six-figure pay-out.

PLEASE do NOT apply unless you have strong senior experience within LEISURE construction.

This is a client-side role for an experienced construction or project leader with a track record of delivering high-spec, customer-facing venues - such as cinemas, tech-led leisure spaces, immersive environments, or premium F&B fit-outs.

Responsibilities
  • You'll oversee the full life cycle of new site builds, refurbishments, and estate maintenance - from design input and contractor coordination through to compliance sign-off, stakeholder management, and final delivery.
  • The role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach, with a strong understanding of building regulations, health & safety, and operational readiness in high-footfall environments.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • A background in construction or project leadership within the leisure, entertainment, or hospitality sectors
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex fit-outs from concept to completion, ideally within a well-established construction firm or leading leisure operator
  • A stable career track record, showing long-term ownership of projects and progression within respected businesses
  • A confident, solutions-led mindset with the ability to navigate change and communicate at board level
  • A genuine passion for creating spaces that deliver exceptional guest experiences

The role is primarily London-based, at their Liverpool Street HQ - with regular site visits across the UK. Competitive salary, bonus structure, and meaningful equity are all part of the package.
