Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

We are searching for the best talent for the Consignment Analyst position to be in Leeds, UK.

As part of the Supply Chain Team, the Consignment Team are responsible for providing support to our Customers, Sales Team and Asset Managers. To assist in the growth and retention of company sales by meeting effective performance targets and maximise the benefit and opportunities derived from excellent Customer relationships.

As a Consignment Analyst, You Will
  • Process orders with accuracy, and following correct procedures
  • Resolving consignment record anomalies
  • Accuracy of consigned records for assets in field
  • Establish and promote customer relationship building, providing customer focus and feedback to the established management groups
  • Assist in the development of a working environment, which fosters commitment, high energy, innovation, teamwork, customer dedication and continuous improvement,
  • Provide excellent service at every interaction
  • Work in partnership with External Auditors, IBP team, Asset Managers, Returns Team and Customer Service
  • Reconcile consignment records after a return and liaise with Sales team to bridge any gaps
  • Adherence in full to Johnson & Johnson HCC standards and standards of business conduct
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer service, supply chain role or related
  • Experience in inventory, operations, or supply chain support
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, well organized, numerate.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis for inventory planning
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools
  • Experience dealing with customer support is desirable
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships internally and externally
  • Positive approach to problem solving – solution orientated
  • Able to work well in a pressurised and demanding environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
