A leading train operator in Manchester is seeking a Conductor Team Manager to lead and support a team of conductors. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of safe and reliable train services while fostering a positive safety culture. In this exciting and rewarding role youll be part of a team of managers who lead and support all conductor-based traincrew ensuring excellence in operational delivery safety performance and people management.
Youll champion a positive safety culture inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and help keep our trains running safely and on time.
To apply you will need conductor competency and extensive conductor experience.
This is a safety-critical role so youll also need to pass a medical assessment.
