Position

The Head Teacher is looking to take on a driven Business studies Teacher, on a Long-term basis until the end of the academic year. This will lead to a permanent position for the right Computer Science Teacher. The successful Computer Science Teacher will be working across both Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including exam preparation for GCSEs. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve excellent results, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations.
• Implement the school’s schemes of learning and support student attainment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a high quality curriculum.

Required Qualifications

• QTS with a Computer Science specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply).
• Experience teaching Computer Science up to Key Stage 4 / KS4.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
