About the trainee production operative role:
- Assist in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
- Working with composite materials such as fiberglass to create precise shapes.
- Learning to read and follow technical drawings.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following detailed instructions and guidelines.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

About you:
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.

- Must be able to drive to Kirkbymoorside or live locally for this role. This role is commutable from Scarborough, Pickering, Thirsk, and Malton
