Who you are

  • A compliance or risk management expert with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.
  • A seasoned programme manager with a proven track record in compliance monitoring and data architecture.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive behavioural change.
  • Culturally aware, with experience working across international markets.
  • Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus) and hold a relevant degree or compliance certification.

  • Discretionary yearly bonus: 20%
  • Company car: company funded car of £580 per month + private fuel or cash alternative of £630

  • Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of whichthe first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
