Job description

Our client is an independent Channel Island Fiduciary company. They have provided AP Executive with sole agency and are seeking to appoint a compliance officer to assist and support the compliance function in meeting the requirements of the regulatory framework. You will provide significant input into supporting and enhancing the risk control environment.

As part of an established team, you will work closely with technical issues, day-to-day compliance functions, and team projects. Compliance experience of onboarding underlying trust clients, along with holding a professional compliance qualification such as the ICA Diploma, is considered essential for this role.

You will need to demonstrate confidence in identifying and explaining issues, contributing to risk controls and strategies, and show exceptional attention to detail. The role requires the ability to work both independently and within a team.

The successful candidate will have good problem-solving and strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and project management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Being an excellent team player with a positive influence on colleagues is also essential.
