Compliance Officer

Hours: full time Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Hybrid working with 1 day in the office

Salary: 35,000

Our client is a global business who are expanding across the UK. They are looking to onboard a new team member to support multiple exiting projects across the business.

They are looking for a Compliance Officer or someone looking to step up into this role. They are offering on a full-time, fixed term contract this role reports to our Compliance Manager.

The role:

  • Assisting the Compliance Manager to ensure business is compliant with regulations.
  • Project management and new roll-outs.
  • Promoting a positive compliance culture
  • Provide the business with compliance advice and recommendations.
  • Assist with the delivery of the Training & Competence Framework and Compliant Management Framework
  • Compliance activities in accordance with the annual plan

Knowledge/Experience of:

  • Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements
  • A working understanding of the regulatory framework
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate
  • Ability to produce high quality reports in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis, conduct trend analysis and offer solutions to identified problems.
  • Self-motivated, ability to handle and prioritise own workload.
  • Ability to promote a positive compliance culture.
