What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage internal audits to ensure compliance with UK CAA Part 21J, 21G, EASA Part 145, and AS9100 regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance processes, documentation, and metrics across the organisation.
• Oversee and manage non-conformances and investigations using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Actively participate in Safety Action Groups (SAGs) and support the implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Control the audit schedule and manage key compliance documents, including customer Compliance Plans.
• Deputise for the Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager during periods of absence.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong understanding of UK CAA Part 21J, 21G, EASA Part 145, and AS9100 regulations.
• Knowledge and experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and leading audits.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, or PowerBI.
• A quality-focused mindset with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
