We are currently offering an excellent opportunity for an Interim Compliance Manager to join the Faraday Compliance Team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Context and Purpose of the Role
The Faraday Compliance Function is responsible for all aspects of the Faraday compliance framework, including conduct risk, financial crime, Lloyd\'s Principle Based Oversight, SMCR and regulatory reporting. It is also responsible for delegated authority management and complaints handling.
We are seeking an Interim Compliance Manager to support the team in these activities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, offer insight and opinions on compliance matters, and work collaboratively with the team and the business. The role would suit an experienced Lloyd\'s market Compliance Professional looking to join a small team and make a significant contribution.
