Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Risk & Compliance Manager in maintaining Group accreditations.
  • Stay up to date with changes to regulatory standards, laws and accreditations.
  • Own and complete the internal audit schedule for ISO standards.
  • Support external audit schedules and ensure regions are audited.
  • Maintain policies and procedures within the Business Management System.
  • Identify and implement continual improvements to meet best practice standards.
  • Assist with the Risk Management System and ensure risks are recorded.
  • Investigate non-conformances and security incidents.
  • Complete supplier due diligence for regulatory requirements.
  • Support GDPR compliance and liaise with the Data Protection Officer.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance queries.
  • Assist Sales Teams with customer due diligence and tenders.
  • Collaborate on key compliance projects.

Reports to: Risk & Compliance Manager

Are you passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance across a growing organisation?

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Risk & Compliance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Risk & Compliance Manager in maintaining Group accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and Cyber Essentials.
  • Stay up to date with changes to regulatory standards, laws and accreditations.
  • Own and complete the internal audit schedule for ISO standards, travelling to group offices as required.
  • Support external audit schedules and ensure regions are internally audited as planned.
  • Maintain policies, processes and procedures within the Business Management System (BMS) to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement continual improvements to meet best practice standards.
  • Assist with the Risk Management System, ensuring risks are recorded, controlled and treated appropriately.
  • Investigate non-conformances and security incidents, reporting findings and updating documentation.
  • Complete supplier due diligence to meet contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support GDPR compliance and liaise with the Data Protection Officer where required.
  • Act as a point of contact for accreditation, regulation and compliance queries.
  • Assist Account Management & Sales Teams with customer due diligence and tenders.
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance Manager and CISO on key compliance projects.
