genU is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Assurance Officer to support high-quality, safe, and compliant workforce and client practices across our Disability and Ageing portfolio.

In this role, you’ll ensure training records, client documentation, and compliance systems are accurate, up to date, and aligned with organisational and regulatory standards, contributing to safe and accountable service delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and update staff training records and client compliance documentation to meet organisational and regulatory standards
  • Support staff onboarding and induction programs by coordinating compliance-related activities
  • Assist with the administration of compliance systems, including audits, data entry, and system updates
  • Monitor data integrity, prepare reports, and support audit responses to ensure consistent and accurate compliance information
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively to support compliance understanding and adherence
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with organisational policies and integrate safety practices into compliance activities
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working with compliance systems, data management, or quality assurance processes
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships across teams
  • Proactive, reliable, and resilient approach to managing multiple compliance priorities

(You\'ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we\'ll help guide you through this.)
