Our client is a global insurance law firm currently recruiting a Complex Property Lawyer on a largely home-working basis. The team handles high-value, high-profile insurance disputes, including subrogated recovery claims (typically over 250K), defendant public liability property damage claims, and policy coverage work, both advisory and dispute resolution. The work involves cases related to fires, floods, storms, water and oil escapes, explosions, and impact damages. The team considers applications nationwide but requires travel to Manchester for meetings as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with at least six months of relevant property insurance experience. You should be technically proficient, capable of analyzing complex legal cases, and comfortable dealing with clients confidently and professionally.
