Your new firm
Our client is a global insurance law firm currently recruiting a Complex Property Lawyer on a largely home-working basis. The team handles high-value, high-profile work for insurer clients, focusing on disputes and problems arising from property damage such as fires, floods, storms, and explosions.
The work includes subrogated recovery claims (typically over 250K), defendant public liability property damage claims, and policy coverage work, including advisory and dispute resolution. While the team considers applications nationwide, you will need to travel to Manchester occasionally for meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with at least six months' relevant property insurance experience. You should be technically proficient, analytical, and able to communicate confidently with clients.
