Job description

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a female dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team in Crewe. In this role, you will be working bank hours days and nights 12 hours shift and weekends 8am-8pm to assist our client into the community. Also you will assist the client in daily living by providing high-quality care and support, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

      Working Hours:

      Day Shift-8am-8pm

      Night Shift- 8pm-8am

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Delivering personalised care and support to our client with complex health conditions.
      • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
      • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
      • Providing emotional support and companionship.
      • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
      • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

      Requirements:

      • Experience in complex care.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Energetic, upbeat and empathetic nature.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
      • Valid UK driver's license
