A leading care provider in Chatham is seeking a Complex Care Manager to deliver high-quality services for individuals with complex needs. This role involves effective leadership, managing compliance with CQC standards, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in supported living services, strong problem-solving abilities, and possess a relevant management qualification. Offering a competitive salary of £34,000 to £36,000 annually.

As Complex Care Manager, you will act as a visible role model of Time4U values, providing effective leadership to front line staff, driving performance, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
Ensuring clients are at the centre of the care your staff are delivering
Managing the team day-to-day and ensuring the required standards are met daily.
Ensuring systems are kept to a high standard and meet organisational requirements.
Monitoring Incidents and ensuring quality reporting
Making sure all staff receive a formal probation, supervisions and appraisals in a timely manner. Creating rotas monthly ensuring the correct number of staff and skills are divided as needed.
Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
To share in implementing the quality assurance system and submit reports to the manager
To monitor, through direct observation and contact, the maintenance of daily routines and structures
Knowledge of rota planning, ensuring adequate staff on duty with the correct skill mix and fair allocation of off duty/annual leave.
Maintaining all support plans in accordance with the services policy and audit records to follow company policy ensuring compliance.
Be a problem-solver, resolve team conflicts or between service users, deploying a team with mixed skills to assure a healthy balance is always available to our people we support.
This is a leadership role requiring strong knowledge of CQC and other regulatory requirements, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams while delivering outstanding, client-focused outcomes.

Complex Care Manager
To positively support the Area Service Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance functions of the service
To deputise for the function of the Area Service Manager during their absence, while, always, supporting the decisions made by the Area Service Manager
To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice
To manage the service in accordance with standards agreed with the Area Service Manager, the Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practice.
To manage the service within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time with the Registered Provider Leadership
