A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support clients with brain injuries in their own homes. This role offers a zero-hours contract, requiring flexibility for both day and night shifts. Key responsibilities include ensuring client safety during transportation, providing mobility assistance, and fostering a positive environment for clients' hobbies. The Complex Care Assistant role supports a client with a brain injury and cognitive impairment, helping them live life to the fullest in their own home while maintaining independence and wellbeing. The role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
Contract: Zero‑hours
Positions available: Two (24 hours each per week – mostly days with occasional nights; flexible to cover both)
Shifts: Monday–Sunday • 08:00–20:00 (days) • 20:00–08:00 (nights)
Driver required: You must be able to drive the client safely.
Dog in the home: Comfortable around pets (Labrador).
