We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Whitechapel, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centered care.

Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, as well as supporting with clinical tasks.

You will also be responsible for promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction with the client. The role requires experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, as well as essential skills in areas such as enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, seizure management, oral suctioning, and medication administration.
