Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services preferred but less experienced candidates welcome.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve client complaints.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, and GDPR.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complaints for clients.
  • Draft final responses and arrange compensation.
  • Escalate high-priority complaints to management.
