• Understanding of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
• Basic comprehension of the English language, basic literacy and numerical skills.
• Ongoing commitment to personal development and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at all times.
• Store, prepare and serve food and beverage items in accordance with Food Safety.
• Perform daily cleaning of all areas of the kitchen.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for efficiency.
• Report any maintenance problems to the Manager promptly.
