This is an exciting opportunity to join East Suffolk, Young Adults Mental Health Services' Team (YAMHS) who work with Young Adults aged 18 up to 25 years old. East Suffolk CFYP has established Young Adults pathway and Clinical Treatment Pathways to support the service provision. The Community Team Manager for Central YAMHS will be responsible for the operational management of the service delivery within the service. The successful post holder will be supported by a Community Matron and Operational Manager to ensure we provide the highest quality care. There are a range of leadership and training opportunities available to support knowledge and experience development and career ambitions. The Central YAMHS team links closely with the East Suffolk YAMHS Team and East CAMHS teams, providing peer and a clinical support framework. The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people or adults in community mental health, including experience of working with primary and secondary care and the VCSE.
