The shifts include dayshifts and are usually 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. You'll also work one twilight shift per week (2pm-10pm) and one in three weekends which include additional unsocial hours enhanced payments. There areno night shifts. As a community RN, you'll provide care to patients in their homes, managing a range of complex health issues and collaborating with various other disciplines.You'll develop a broad range of nursing skills, including IV medication administration, palliative and end-of-life care, complex wound management, catheter and continence care, diabetes management, PICC line care, medication administration, and drain tube management.You'll need to make autonomous clinical decisions and create holistic care plans, with the support of your colleagues and Team Leaders. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided by our two dedicated Clinical Lead nurses.

Work closely with the Team Leader coordinating the community nursing teams off duties to meet the needs of the community nursing service/workload.
Ensuring all loans of equipment are appropriate and reviewed regularly
Working in partnership with other health care professionals and agencies
Encouraging client independence and empowerment, recognising and respecting their involvement in the planning and delivery of their care
